There are many rural areas and poor urban areas where blind people do not have the means to purchase walking canes. We, Battle of Blindness generate awareness about the requirement of visually challenged people to be independent in all aspects and especially to walk confidently and independently. We not only do free distribution of white canes regularly but also send them across to any place in India if someone in need or a family member of blind people contacts us. They need not pay even for the transportation, as it is free for them.
